The  Company BREMI was founded by an engineer Ernst Bremikerom in Kirspe in 1927. The first products of the production were: ignition contacts, coverings, wipe contacts, and metal segments.

The Company BREMI  is an irreplaceable supplier and partner on new developments of manufacturers of such cars as Audi, BMW, and Volkswagen. Besides, BREMI supplies its products to an independent auto parts market. The parts under BREMI trademark are being manufactured not only for European manufacturers, but for cars of Asian and American markets.

The highest quality and reliability are the slogan, which is followed by employees of all plants of the concern located in Germany, Tunisia, and China. This is confirmed by such certificates as TS 16949, VDA 6, Part 1, ISO 9001:2000.
