Bosch spark plugs are awarded the "Auto component of the year 2017"

Bosch autolamps became finalists of the award

Bosch received awards and diplomas of the "Auto Component of the Year 2017" prize in the nominations "Spark plugs" and "Autolamps" among foreign brands. The winners in these categories were determined by the results of tests of products of different manufacturers at the Research Institute "Autoelectronics". Bosch spark plugs showed the best result on the tests and on the basis of the received data they were selected by the expert council as winners.

This result is not surprising, because Bosch is the inventor of the ignition system with candles and high-voltage magneto for internal combustion engines. The company received a patent for its development in 1902. This year to the Bosch spark plugs turned 115 years old. Today, the company produces hundreds of millions of candles per year at five plants around the world. The range includes products for all types of engines.

The finalists of the "Autocomponent of the year 2017" prize were also Bosch autolamps. The solemn ceremony of rewarding was held within the framework of the exhibition "MIMS Automechanika Moscow 2017".
