The line "start-stop" Bosch starters has repeatedly proved its effectiveness. Despite its light weight, the SC70 is very powerful and specifically designed to provide frequent starts. As soon as the car stops, the "start-stop" system turns off the engine - for example, while waiting at a traffic light or in a traffic jam. When the clutch pedal is depressed, the work of engine is restored without delay. Such a system allows to significantly save fuel in city traffic conditions and, accordingly, to reduce CO2 emissions.

Peugeot Traveler is equipped with only turbodiesel engines. Power units are equipped with the Bosch Common rail and develop power from 95 to 177 hp, providing the car with powerful and comfortable acceleration. The injection pump Bosch CP 4.1 generates the fuel pressure required for the Common rail system and is highly reliable. Electromagnetic injectors CRI2-16 work with an injection pressure of 1600 bar. At the same time, the multiphase injection system reduces fuel consumption and minimizes emissions of CO2 and other harmful substances.
